...to all the artists here. I have been somewhat familiar with the deviant community for some time and have finally decided to jump in. There is so much extraordinary talent here. I can't wait to get to know your work better.

C'est Moi

Art is boundless and C'est Moi's expression of it takes a couple of avenues. I love photography - real world imaging and virtual world.

I am quite an amateur technically speaking. Creatively, I don't believe there are any amateurs. I believe we should share as well as experience art openly and without pretense. I find the pretense surrounding some art communities quite amusing actually. I will not be at all impressed by lofty rhetoric on "what a piece should be saying"; or its technical merit as though somehow capturing a piece of yourself to share with others is akin to a triple lux on a sheet of ice; or by those who ramble on and on with unevolved and passé notions of art as a commercial commodity. It is my belief that these people have not truly embarked on the creative journey. These are people who actually believe there are still rules...Art has no master.

I love the deviantART community because much of what I have seen and heard seems very like-minded.

I love the deviantART community because there is such a cornucopia of fascinating work.
